Filters

Filters help you narrow AdaptiveSurvey analytics to the JSM project, time period, work items/issues, and feedback responses you want to review.

  1. Select the JSM project.
  2. Select the date range.
  3. Review the Dashboard, Lost Time, or Agents view.

The project and date range control the main dataset shown in AdaptiveSurvey.

Date presets include Today, 3d, 7d, 30d, 90d, and 1y. Use Custom when you need this week, this month, this quarter, this year, or a manual start and end date.
