Audit Logs

Audit Logs show recent AdaptiveSurvey settings changes in AdaptiveSurvey Settings, sorted newest first.

Open Audit Logs

Section titled “Open Audit Logs”
  1. Open AdaptiveSurvey Settings.
  2. Select Audit logs.
  3. Review the recorded settings changes.

What Audit Logs show

Section titled “What Audit Logs show”

Each audit log entry shows the Date and time, Changed by, Project, Area, and Change for a recorded settings update.

Area shows whether the change was made to project settings or configuration. Change shows the updated fields, or added and removed projects when tracked projects are changed.

Retention

Audit logs are stored for 180 days.

Audit Logs do not replace Jira Automation rule history, survey delivery logs, or support diagnostics.
