Permissions

AdaptiveSurvey uses project-level permissions in each Jira Service Management space/project.

Jira admin access does not automatically grant AdaptiveSurvey project access. Grant AdaptiveSurvey permissions in the JSM space/project where users need to view analytics or configure settings.

Where to manage permissions

Section titled “Where to manage permissions”
  1. Open the Jira Service Management space/project.
  2. Go to Space settings.

  1. Open Access.
  2. Open Space permissions.
  3. Select Actions -> Edit permissions.

  1. Under Project Permissions, find the AdaptiveSurvey permissions.

  1. Select Update and grant the AdaptiveSurvey permissions to the relevant space role, group, user, or other Jira permission target.

PermissionWhat it allows
AdaptiveSurvey - Configure project settingsAllows users to access the Configure tab and change project settings, including satisfaction score targets.
AdaptiveSurvey - View project analyticsAllows users only to view analytics for Dashboard, Lost time, and Agents.

After granting permissions, you can configure the project: Configure Overview.
