Get Started

Use this section when you are setting up AdaptiveSurvey for the first time.

Setup path

1. Install AdaptiveSurvey
2. Find AdaptiveSurvey
3. Add JSM Project
4. Grant AdaptiveSurvey permissions

What you need

• Jira site admin access to install the app.
• Jira admin access to open AdaptiveSurvey Settings and add tracked JSM projects.
• Jira Service Management space/project admin access to manage permissions.
• Access to Space settings -> Access -> Space permissions.

Next steps

After Get Started, use Configure to set up Analytics, Survey form, and Automation setup for the selected JSM project.
