Installation

Install AdaptiveSurvey before configuring projects or permissions.

Before you start

You need Jira site admin access to install Marketplace apps. If you are not a Jira site admin, you can request the app from the Marketplace and wait for an admin to approve it.

Steps for Installation

1. Log into your instance of Jira as an admin.
2. Select the Apps dropdown menu from top navigation bar, and choose Explore new apps.
3. Once the screen loads, you can type AdaptiveSurvey - Customer satisfaction survey for JSM in the search bar to find the appropriate app.
4. Select the app tile and the app details page of the specific app loads.
5. You can select Try it Free to install the app.
6. Once the app is installed, you will be notified via a success message. Following which, you can start using the app.

Please note: These steps are only for admins. If you are not an admin, then you have to select Try it Free, and then request for the app by selecting Submit request.
