If you need help with AdaptiveSurvey or something is not working as expected, raise a ticket in Kinline Support.

  • Technical support: Get help with setup, configuration, usage, or troubleshooting.
  • Report a bug: Report a reproducible issue or unexpected behavior in an app.
  • Feature request: Suggest an improvement, new feature, or workflow enhancement.
  • Billing or licensing question: Ask about Marketplace billing, trials, subscriptions, invoices, or app licensing.
  1. Open Kinline Support.
  2. Choose the request type that matches your question.
  3. Include the Jira site, JSM project, affected work item or issue key, and screenshots when they help explain the issue.
