Request types
Section titled “Request types”- Technical support: Get help with setup, configuration, usage, or troubleshooting.
- Report a bug: Report a reproducible issue or unexpected behavior in an app.
- Feature request: Suggest an improvement, new feature, or workflow enhancement.
- Billing or licensing question: Ask about Marketplace billing, trials, subscriptions, invoices, or app licensing.
Raise a ticket
Section titled “Raise a ticket”- Open Kinline Support.
- Choose the request type that matches your question.
- Include the Jira site, JSM project, affected work item or issue key, and screenshots when they help explain the issue.
