Find AdaptiveSurvey

After installation, AdaptiveSurvey appears under Apps in Jira. Select AdaptiveSurvey to open the app.

When no JSM projects are configured yet, AdaptiveSurvey shows an empty state.

This means the app is installed and opens correctly, but a JSM project still needs to be added in AdaptiveSurvey Settings.

Use the three-dot menu next to AdaptiveSurvey in Jira apps, then select App settings.

AdaptiveSurvey Settings is where Jira admins manage the JSM projects the app should support.

Next, add a JSM project so AdaptiveSurvey can start tracking it: Add JSM Project.

Atlassian is rolling out new Jira navigation terms. These docs use both terms where helpful:

  • JSM space/project means the Jira Service Management project or space shown in Jira.
  • Work item/issue means the Jira record behind the request.
