Add JSM Project

Add a JSM project so AdaptiveSurvey can show project analytics and project configuration.

Before you start

The JSM project must already exist and be visible to you in Jira.

Add the JSM project

Section titled “Add the JSM project”
  1. Open AdaptiveSurvey Settings.
  2. Select Projects.
  3. Select + Add project.
  4. Search for the JSM project.
  5. Select the project.
  6. Select Save.

The project appears under Tracked JSM Projects.

After adding the project

After a project is added, users without AdaptiveSurvey project permissions may see You do not have access to any configured projects when they open AdaptiveSurvey.
