Dashboard
The Dashboard is the main AdaptiveSurvey analytics page. It shows Satisfaction Score, Surveys sent, Responses, Response rate, Experience Indicators or Question Scores based on the selected form, Satisfaction Trend, Score Distribution, and Feedback responses for the selected project and date range.
Satisfaction Score
Section titled “Satisfaction Score”Satisfaction Score is the average customer rating for the selected project, form, date range, and filters. It is shown on a 1-10 scale and compared with the configured target.
Edit score targets
Section titled “Edit score targets”On the card menu, select Edit scoring to edit the target and score bands in the same card.
Drag the target and score band circles to adjust the scoring ranges, then select Save.
KPI cards
Section titled “KPI cards”Surveys sent counts work items where Jira Automation stamped the AdaptiveSurvey survey-sent property.
Responses counts submitted customer feedback for the selected period.
Response rate compares submitted responses with sent surveys.
Experience Indicators / Question Scores
Section titled “Experience Indicators / Question Scores”The form switcher changes this card based on the selected form.
Experience Indicators shows the most selected configured indicators when Experience indicators is selected.
Question Scores shows the average score and sentiment mix by question when Question ratings is selected.
Satisfaction Trend / Score Distribution
Section titled “Satisfaction Trend / Score Distribution”Satisfaction Trend shows how scores changed during the selected period and compares them with the previous period.
Score Distribution shows how submitted ratings are spread across the 1-10 scale. It uses the configured score bands to group scores as Negative, Neutral, or Positive.
Feedback responses
Section titled “Feedback responses”Feedback responses shows the individual responses behind the Dashboard numbers.
Use All, Positive, Neutral, and Negative to switch between response groups. Each row shows the score, ticket, customer comment when provided, selected indicators or question answers, agent, and response date.
