Experience indicators
The Experience indicators form asks customers for one overall rating, then shows indicators that match the selected score category.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need AdaptiveSurvey - Configure project settings permission for the project.
Configure Experience indicators
Section titled “Configure Experience indicators”- Open AdaptiveSurvey.
- In the top right corner, select Configure.
- In the Survey form tab, select Experience indicators.
Review the Negative, Neutral, and Positive indicator groups. Each group must have at least 3 indicators and can have up to 8 indicators.
Use the indicator controls to:
- Edit indicator labels.
- Reorder indicators.
- Show or hide indicators.
- Delete indicators that should not appear in future surveys.
- Restore deleted indicators from Deleted indicators.
Indicator labels must be unique across all score categories.
Configure survey settings
Section titled “Configure survey settings”Open Survey settings to edit the customer-facing copy for the selected form.
Review and update:
- Rating style: choose Numbers or Stars.
- Lost Time wording when Lost Time is enabled for this form.
- Rating question.
- Score labels.
- Indicator headings and helper text.
- Comment label and placeholder.
- Submit button text.
Preview the survey
Section titled “Preview the survey”Use Survey preview to confirm how the form will look before customers receive it.
- Select different scores to confirm the matching Negative, Neutral, and Positive indicators.
- Check the rating style, wording, comment field, and submit button.
Save changes
Section titled “Save changes”Select Save before leaving Configure. Survey form changes are project-specific.
Use Restore defaults if you want to return the selected form to the default values.
