Filters
The filter bar controls the selected JSM project, survey form, date range, and available filters for Dashboard, Lost Time, and Agents.
Project and form
Section titled “Project and form”Use the project picker to choose the JSM project. AdaptiveSurvey only shows projects that were added in AdaptiveSurvey Settings and that you can access with AdaptiveSurvey permissions.
Use the form switcher to change analytics between Experience indicators and Question ratings. The selected form changes Dashboard data, Lost Time visibility, and Agents detail data.
Date range
Section titled “Date range”Use Today, 3d, 7d, 30d, 90d, or 1y for quick ranges. Use Custom for This week, This month, This quarter, This year, Last week, Last month, Last quarter, Last year, or a manual start and end date.
Add filter
Section titled “Add filter”Select Add filter to add filters to the current view.
The default Jira filters are Type, Priority, and Assignee. These narrow the Jira work items before AdaptiveSurvey calculates analytics.
Add filter can also show Jira fields that Jira exposes for the selected project and work type. Select a field, then choose the values to apply.
Select and multi-select fields show available options. User fields, including Assignee, use search.
Where filters apply
Section titled “Where filters apply”Dashboard uses project, form, date range, Jira filters, and Dashboard response filters.
Lost Time uses project, form, date range, and Jira filters.
Agents uses project, form, date range, and Search agents. Add filter is not shown on Agents.
