Lost Time
Lost Time lets customers report how much working time a request cost them.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need AdaptiveSurvey - Configure project settings permission for the project.
Configure Lost Time
Section titled “Configure Lost Time”- Open AdaptiveSurvey.
- In the top right corner, select Configure.
- In the Survey form tab, select Experience indicators or Question ratings.
- Turn on Lost Time.
- Set Working day length to match how your organization converts hours into working days.
- Turn Cost tracking on if AdaptiveSurvey should estimate the cost of lost time.
- If cost tracking is enabled, set the Hourly rate and Currency.
- Select Save.
Restore defaults
Section titled “Restore defaults”Use Restore defaults only when you want to reset Lost Time and the other settings for the selected form to the default values. Settings for the other form stay unchanged.
